Collections of homes to choose from:

Nicklaus Collection

Features a limited number of homes on the larger Golf Course and Estate home sites. Plans include homes from 4,000 square feet and larger and custom designs as well. Custom features you would expect. These homes are valued in the $700's.

Norman Collection

Offers homes with home sites just under an acre to over an acre. These homes are 3,000 square feet and larger. Some are located on the Golf Course and Estate home sites. These homes are valued in the $500's.

Palmer Collection

Offers homes with 1/2 to 1 acre home sites. The homes vary in size from 2,600 square feet to 3,400 sqaure feet and are valued from the low $400's.
